The Role
As a Graphic Design & Digital Specialist, you’ll create high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets that support marketing, communications, and commercial objectives. You’ll take ownership of graphic design, digital content, internal communications, and brand consistency, translating complex information into engaging visual communications for customers, employees, and the wider business.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B, technical, industrial, or agency environment

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with strong PowerPoint design skills

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across print and digital formats

• The ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging visual communications

• Experience creating content for digital, social media, and internal communications channels

• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in an international, multicultural environment

• Experience with video, animation, motion graphics, CMS, WordPress, SEO, or technical B2B environments is desirable

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Macclesfield, with hybrid expectations. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
