The Role

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of infrastructure and application projects, working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You’ll take ownership of project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, risks, resources, and continuous improvement, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering IT infrastructure and application projects

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading project teams of up to 10 people

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Excellent planning, organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, personal ownership, and a proactive approach

• The ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Experience working collaboratively in an international, multicultural environment

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience; a professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP or Agile Practitioner is desirable

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Macclesfield, with hybrid expectations. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
