The Role

As Treasury Analyst, you’ll proactively support the Group Cash Manager in executing daily treasury operations, managing cash and liquidity across the Group, and ensuring the smooth functioning of treasury processes. You’ll take ownership of funding and cash management activities, foreign exchange operations, treasury compliance and reporting, while partnering with local finance teams, banking partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective treasury solutions and continuous process improvements that support our business and customers globally.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics

• At least 2 to 4 years of working in a Treasury/Finance department in a multinational company

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills

• Analytical thinker and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Proficiency with MS office tools, in particular Excel

• Experience in working with Treasury management system- advantage

• Highly motivated individual in the pursue of skills and knowledge and open to new challenges/tasks

Location & Work Pattern

This role is based in Prague, with hybrid expectations.
