The Role

As a Financial Accounting and Reporting Analyst, you’ll ensure that business transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with the company’s accounting processes. You’ll take the lead on month-end closing activities and prepare timely financial reports for assigned entities. Taking ownership of financial accuracy and reporting deadlines, you’ll impact the reliability of financial insights and support informed decision-making across the business.

Who/What We’re Looking For 

Key essentials:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or similar

• Knowledge of IFRS & Finance processes, Local GAAP

• Fluent written and spoken English (other language is a benefit)

• 2-3 years of accounting / audit experience from a similar role in a multicultural environment

• IT skills (MS Office, any ERP system)

• Ability to independently resolve moderate to complex problems

• Strong in organizing own tasks, time-managing and building relationships with stakeholders

• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing

• A strong team player with a service orientation and readiness to represent the company and its value based culture

Location & Work Pattern

This role is based in Prague, with hybrid expectation.
