The Role
As Strategic Business Development Manager – Additive Manufacturing & Casting, you’ll identify and develop strategic growth opportunities across the aerospace engine manufacturing ecosystem. Partnering with global technical, commercial, and operational teams, you’ll position Bodycote’s advanced post-processing technologies, including HIP, heat treatment, and surface technologies within additive manufacturing and investment casting production routes.
Who We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
10+ years’ experience within the Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or supplier ecosystem
Experience engaging with aerospace OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
Exposure to additive manufacturing, investment casting, or advanced materials processing in aerospace applications
Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with experience building business cases and developing long-term opportunities
Ability to influence and collaborate across global, matrixed teams while building credibility with senior stakeholders
