The Role
As Plant Manager, you’ll lead the workshop operations in Västerås, taking full ownership of production, quality, staff development, and operational performance. You will manage the workshop budget, ensure products and services meet high-quality standards, and implement routines and processes to drive continuous improvement. You will oversee compliance with EHS regulations and applicable laws in collaboration with, and supported by, the EHS responsible. You will make operational decisions, including starting or stopping production when necessary. You’ll also lead training and development initiatives, maintain an effective organisational structure, and ensure staff are informed and engaged in operational practices. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, safety, and success of the plant.
Who We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
Proficient in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Experience in the heat treatment industry with strong process knowledge
Proven leadership experience close to production and running a plant/business
Strong communication skills internally and externally
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented

This role is based on site in Västerås, Sweden. Some travel may be required.
