The Role

As Operations Director, you’ll be a partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across all sites and support functions in Sweden. Taking ownership of overall performance, people, and culture, you’ll impact long-term profitability, organizational effectiveness, and the development of a high-performing leadership team that sets the standard across the business.

Who/What We’re Looking For 

Key essentials:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in a senior leadership role with full accountability for multi-site, international operations and support functions.

• Proven experience leading leaders, developing management teams, and driving cultural and behavioral change in complex organizations.

• Strong experience within manufacturing, preferably within metallurgical or related industries.

• Solid understanding of operational excellence, financial management (P&L), strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Location & Work Pattern

This role is based in Sweden, Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
