The Role
As a Business Development Specialist – S³P, you’ll drive commercial growth in the French market by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and supporting the expansion of heat treatment and associated services. Taking ownership of business development, account management, and internal coordination, you’ll impact revenue growth, market presence, and the long-term success of our Specialty Stainless Steel Processes team. Your work will involve leading technical sales conversations, proposing tailored solutions, maintaining a high-performing pipeline using CRM tools, coordinating with production and quality teams, traveling across France to meet clients, and reporting on commercial KPIs to inform strategy.
Who We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
- Proven experience in business development and technical sales 5+ years, ideally in industrial or B2B services
- Knowledge of heat treatment processes and the metallurgical industry in the French market
- Strong French, English, and Spanish language skills
- Strong analytical, commercial, and consultative skills
- Practical, performance-driven, business-focused, and committed to efficiency
- Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Mobility: frequent travel across France (valid driving license required)

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in France with Remote expectations. Some travel may be required.
